AOBA provides a digital utility platform for Agri-Food and Consumer Tech collaboration. The AOBA Digital Utility is a provisional patent-pending technology. Features, including non-monetary AO/BA Credits, AB Coin, and ABE Coin (fintech elements, when available), are provided “as is” and may change without notice.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

The AOBA Digital Utility is a provisional patent-pending technology. AO Credits and BA Credits are non-monetary utility units with no cash redemption value, usable only within the ecosystem. AB Coin and ABE Coin (when launched) represent equity/ESOP interests and may be subject to securities regulations. All features are provided “as is”—participation involves risks, and no specific outcomes or value appreciation are guaranteed.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• AOBA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Services.
• Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AOBA against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
